SCHEDULE

The design state of this project consists of budget, parts lists, schedule, construction method, research, drawings with analyses, and method of testing design. Design stage of project must be complete by November 17th. This means the entire proposal is to be completed, this should take 40 hours. The documentation in the proposal is dependent on all the rest of the deliverable to be completed. All sections of the proposal are completed as follows: introduction, analysis, drawings, parts list, budget, test methods, construction method. Lastly, any revisions to proposal begin January 10th. Parts must be purchased before January 6th. Report begins January 8th. Construction of device begins January 6th. Working device must be completed by March 10th. Testing of device requirements must be completed by April 21st. Test report must be complete by May 10th.

PARTS

$126.06 - Parts and material will be cheap and moderate accuracy electrical components can be used. Electrical parts will be purchased through DigiKey. Fasteners are purchased through McMasterCarrIn addition low amount of material will be used as only a mountings for the system need to be fabricated. Makerbot filament, steel and thermistor are most expensive items.

OUTSOURCING

No outsourcing is necessary for this project.

LABOR

$2793.86 - With an estimated 140 hours of work at $25 per hour including design, construction, and testing period. Total cost of labor is tabulated for each production process and therefore average wage per hour and estimated hours do not approximate calculated labor cost.

TOTAL PROJECT COST

$2922.76 - The total cost of the project include taxes, deliveries, parts, labor, and outsourcing and other various factors.
